This policy covers paid provider subscriptions on CrecheFinder (Verified €39/month, Growth €79/month, Featured €149/month, and launch offers). Parent search and enquiries are always free.
Monthly plans — Cancel anytime by emailing cs@crechefinder.com. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds for the current month.
Annual plans — 14-day cooling-off period for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal anytime.
Founding 25 offer (€49/month) — Cancellable anytime, as advertised.
Featured placements — If we fail to deliver an agreed Featured placement, you’re entitled to a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
