What we collect — When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, your child’s age, preferred start date (optional), and your message, plus your explicit consent to share these with the provider.
What we never collect — We never ask for PPS numbers or other government ID numbers.
Why we collect it — To pass your enquiry to the childcare provider you chose. Our lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who we share it with — Only the provider you enquire to, because you ticked the consent box. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it — Enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted. Email cs@crechefinder.com anytime to request earlier deletion, correction, or a copy of your data.
Cookies — Only basic cookies needed for the site to work. No advertising trackers.
Your rights — Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, and complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
